Book Synopsis
Over the years in my ministry I served on the board of Evangelical Press in Great Britain. During that time I wrote a number of small articles for Evangelical Times Magazine. I came across these articles and I decided to put them into print through Emmaus Road Press. The first article that appeared in Evangelical Times Magazine was written by Dr. Edgar Andrews of London, England. The article was called (A Quiet Revival). This article describes the great blessings that were poured out upon Berean Baptist church during that time when the Lord was meeting with us in Grand Blanc, Michigan. It was a time of great blessing from the Lord and many people were coming to faith in Christ. We had a wonderful book ministry of sending out thousands of books all over the country. During that time I traveled to places such as St. Louis, Missouri, Louisville, Kentucky, Toledo, Ohio and various other places speaking at conferences. The attendance at these conferences would run anywhere from 10,000 people 25,000 people. Those were the days when the windows of heaven were opened up over Berean Baptist Church and God was pleased to do some wonderful things converting many people from different backgrounds in life. This book entitled “A Quiet Revival,” contains that article written by Dr. Andrews plus five or six articles that I also wrote for Evangelical Times Magazine and a few Articles that I wrote for my blog at allgrace.com. it is my prayer that these articles, which cover a wide variety of topics will be a blessing to those who read them.
