Book Synopsis
As Loving Parents; it’s our responsibility to help ensure that our children are eating a nutritional diet, and that’s where this guide comes in handy. We researched and created this guide to help provide you with the information on how to prevent or slow down childhood obesity (at least in your own family), along with unhealthy eating habits to avoid. You will also learn how to create healthier versions of your favorite foods, prepare healthy lunches and snacks for your children, along with how to get them to eat five servings of fruits and vegetables daily, and much more.

This guide is based on Love: Our Love for Children, our Community; our State; and our Countries future all combined. Children of today, directly impact our communities of tomorrow. We have one overriding goal: what is the most direct method(s) of guiding you, the Loving Parent towards feeding your child into a healthier lifestyle today, without breaking the bank!

We'll See you inside ...
