Book Synopsis
The Kitchen Princess blog was launched in the hot and cramped summer of 2009. Ally Jane was an intern at a small academic publishing house (where she is now an editor) and had lots of free time. What began as a hobby to fill the sticky days developed into a full-fledged food blog. With a house full of hungry coeds, she honed her skills in the kitchen throughout her last year of university and then later in various cramped kitchens in New York City. Inspired by her mother, Martha Stewart, Gwyneth Paltrow, Ina Garten and countless others, Ally Jane’s blog has become an important and elegant source for the frugal home cook.

Thirty of Ally Jane’s best-loved recipes appear for the first time in print, including: AJ’s Famous Roasted Brussels Sprouts, Broiled Yellowtail Collar, Lemon Ricotta Pasta, Grilled Japanese Eggplant, Thai Curry with Salmon and Eggplant, Kohlrabi Gratin and a complete 6-Day Detox Plan.

OMG OMG OMG. Just for the kale salad. Just for the curry! Just for so many! Yum yum yum, but easy. You don't have to like Kale, but if you do and you want your S. O. to eat some, BUY THIS BOOK. RUN DON'T WALK!

There are zillions of cookbooks the some celeb has pushed out but are bleah; there are zillions that have pretty pictures, but recipes are bleah. This is the one you will USE. You won't regret it.
