The apotheosis of the remarkable life of pulp author and SWAT Team Chaplain Doyce Whisanant. The remnant of The SuperFluities have mistakenly traveled to the Dark Corner of South Carolina (instead of their intended destination of Florida), and settle in the paranormal environs of Floating Rock Mountain. Doyce and his compadres take on the management of The Schlepper Colony mercantile mall, and soon are beset by an uninvited invasion of extraterrestrial beings. If that weren't enough, the valley is plagued by a mysterious felon known only as the Dark Corner Pope, who streaks about town ensconced within his corpse-laden Popemobile. This edition includes three alternate endings, culled from documents retrieved from three separate time streams by the Von Hesselbrut Archive in Fort Cuellar, Florida. But is it truly the end, or just another beginning?
