Dr. Rodney W. Lancaster has dedicated over two decades to public education. His interests include developing creative and innovative ideas for classroom teachers. Rodney teaches high school students who are at-risk to graduate at a rural Arkansas Delta public school. He is the author of several children’s books, poetry, and educational leadership books. Dr. Lancaster enjoys country life, riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycle, and spending time with grand kids. He especially enjoys writing children books in his spare time.
