Book Synopsis
SEVEN is a combination memoir/creative nonfiction/fiction set in Kentucky, Michigan, Indiana and Canada. Most of the stories take place in the early twentieth century and when the author was seven. There are a generous sampling of viewpoints from a seven-year-old to the reminiscent voice, tone and perspective of an adult. The stories range in style from experimental to traditional forms and display the author's fine storyteller's gifts. Excerpts have been previously published in Obsidian and Obsidian II.
