The 5 day challenge was created to help you start to develop the mindset to transition to more plant-based healthy meals. We welcome those who would like to change one meal a day to a plant-based meal as well as those who would like to fully transition all meals. This group will provide support, resources, and provide a safe place ask questions.
This challenge has two distinct advantages:
1. It is only 5 days long
2. You don’t have to cook or shop. You don’t have to meal prep or buy fancy foods or equipment.
All that will be required of you is to visit the page daily to learn about plant-based vegan eating.
