Book Synopsis
What is one to do when asked to record a friend’s story, only to learn that expected embellishments as a function of time are based entirely on erroneous information? How do you tell someone she has lived a lifetime with unfounded revulsion which has clouded her judgment and affected her children’s lives as well? Was Patty denied the love she might have known, or is she alone ultimately responsible for not having determined the truth for herself? Had she decided to establish the facts, would she have known where to begin, or would those with the facts encased have been willing to share and reveal what they knew without the inclusion of personal discoloration? What is the ultimate responsibility for the lives of others that should yet be laid at the door of the State of Ohio? Last but not least, what is the responsibility of the writer in such a case?

About The Author
Author bio image
Of all the books and articles I had ever written this had to be one of the most difficult. I had known the main character for over 30 years, and when I had finished it was with the realization that what I had learned and written, and must present for her approval might end a long friendship. We are still friends however, though she must understandably now harbor many regrets for the rest of her life.
