Book Synopsis
A few centuries ago, we were a nation of rugged individuals that carved out their place in this nation, through toil, sweat, hardship, loss, hunger, illness, and even death. We relied on no one except God, ourselves, and fellow Christians. There was no central government, food stamps, public housing, free medical care or often, no medical care, public schools, super highways, grief counselors, or food pantries to tend to our every need.
Ronald Reagan once said: “Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction. We didn’t pass it to our children in our bloodstream. It must be fought for, protected, and handed on for them to do the same, or one day we will spend our sunset years telling our children and our children’s children what it was once like in the United States where men were free.”
There was a time when we thought that unalienable was actually unalienable, given by God, cannot be taken away by any government or any leader. Roe v Wade took away our right to life and now we have lost liberty and the pursuit of happiness as well.
