About The Author
Sheryl Ellis is a mental health therapist, youth life coach, mentor, writer, and author of Christian-based books and curricula for youth. With over a decade of therapeutic youth services, Sheryl has a voice that shines through in her newest collection of books, exploring the importance of youth social and emotional wellness. Sheryl has a BA in Psychology and an MA in marriage and family counseling and is currently completing a PH. D in Developmental Psychology. Sheryl is a certified (TF-CBT) Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapist working in schools, hospitals, and behavioral health centers, providing therapy for severely at-risk youth and teens. When not providing therapeutic services, Sheryl loves cooking, swimming, mountain bike riding, camping, and spending time with her family.
