Book Synopsis
The Strength for the Journey: 90-Day Journal is a powerful tool for youth who want to strengthen their relationship with God and build a purposeful, resilient life. This journal is designed to accompany readers on a 90-day journey of faith, reflection, and growth, offering structured sections for morning and nighttime writing, daily scriptures, and space to record support persons who help guide their path. With prompts to set daily focus and capture moments of gratitude, the journal encourages youth to start each day with intention and end it with reflection.

Through journaling, young people are empowered to align their actions with their faith, embrace God’s guidance, and navigate life’s ups and downs with greater confidence and clarity. The 90-Day Journal isn’t just a diary—it’s a companion for spiritual growth, helping readers to turn their challenges into opportunities for resilience. Pair it with the rest of the Strength for the Journey series for a holistic faith-building experience, supporting youth as they move forward with courage, purpose, and joy.
