A sleepy city gets some help when a group of psychiatrists come to their city and acquire an old broken down landmark and transform it into a school for troubled young men. The city begins to prosper and the things seem to be looking up dispite a pesky little murder that the city detectives try to figure out.

When Ryan Teagan is offered the career opportunity of a life time, he decides to relocate his family to a newly constructed subdivision in countryside of Kentucky. The Teagan family is more than thrilled at the prospects of their new live; however, they will soon experience the repercussions of disturbing what previously lay dormant in the rich fertile soil.
