Book Synopsis
This is a true story. This book contains emails that were passed between me and a soldier looking for love while deployed with the Arkansas Army National Guard serving his country in Iraq. We met through an online social networking site.
One hot July afternoon he sent a message to my inbox. I responded to his message. That same day, we wrote back and forth to each other. It was fun. He seemed like a nice guy.
Our relationship continued to grow through emails, phone calls, letters and boxes of gifts and treats. He was nearly 7,000 miles away. I was falling in love with a perfect stranger.
To protect the identity of my internet love I will not use his name in this book. I will call him “WTL” which stands for “War Torn Love”.
Throughout this book you will see the date and the subject of the emails. These are true. Overall we shared more than 5,000 emails, many of which did not make it to this book after the editing process.

This book is for entertainment purposes only.
