Through the Ages: My Family History

THROUGH THE AGES: MY FAMILY HISTORY begins with the story of my ancestors and the challenges and hardships they experienced over the years as they created a new life in a new land. Their struggles and determination led the way for me and my generation. The story goes on to describe my life as an Iowa farm girl, a wife and mother, a nurse. and finally a retiree. It deals with the unbelievable number of changes that have occurred during my lifetime from journeys across the country in covered wagons to international travel by air. My hope is that this book might provide one block in the foundation for future of the generations in my family.
