Thirteen

A medium sized town provided a great place to live and thrive as a community built on trust and friendships. Everybody knew everybody, as the saying goes, from the library to the diner and onward to the post office. The town's favorite person was a recluse who spoke to no one. His mundane life would be thrown into a spin that no one in town could have ever imagined. Crimes stacked on crimes devastated this one time great place to live. Who was first and who would be the last to suffer from greed and horror?
