Book Synopsis
This is a collection of quotes and journal reflections. I was having a hard time finding myself in the months following my daughter's birth, so reading quotes and writing what I thought of them was helpful. While the quotes are not directly about children or parenthood, they provided something concrete to respond to during a time when so much was changing. I wanted to write, but didn't know what to say; the quotes were a gentle invitation to help sort through the identity shift.
