A school shooting survivor is castaway on an island inhabited by ghosts where he helps them find peace, and they help him heal his broken soul.
Fifteen year old James Carter has already survived a school shooting, witnessed a mob murder, and been thrown overboard from a cruise ship. By the time he washes up on a deserted island, his body is alive, but he feels dead inside. His outlook changes when he meets six ghosts who were all murdered on the same night. Through their friendship, he starts to find new meaning in life. He might even want to rejoin the world of the living. But first, he has to survive.
