Book Synopsis
The Hamilton is a senior, condominium complex in the heart of Palo Alto, California. It is a luxurious place to live with amenities such as 5 gourmet dinners a week, a fitness center, indoor pool, card room, monthly entertainment, security, and storage. Units range from 1350 to 2575 square feet. It was created by five entrepreneurs who decided to build the place to which they would want to retire. Residents desired to know more about its history, hence this short book.
