When I was younger, I used to always think of five questions to ask myself as I was falling asleep every night. I felt like this habit was simple, but unknowingly, it helped me stay focused on my goals and aspirations. As I got older, life became more stressful, and it became more difficult to continue this helpful habit.
Self-reflection is important as it helps us better understand our thoughts, actions, and emotions. By looking back on our experiences, we can recognize what went well, what could improve, and how to grow moving forward.
This journal is made to be supplementary to The Priority Planner. If you don’t have a copy already, it is highly recommended. Together, both tools can lead you on a journey to help you discover the best version of yourself.
