With so many diets and methods to lose weight, and so many “experts” who offer conflicting information about what is the healthiest way to lose weight, it is easy to get confused.
We spend billions on health and diet products each year in the hopes of achieving big results in a short time period.
We tend to get excited when starting a new diet and exercise program. We go in head first, full of hope and motivation. We buy the foods, join the gym, and buy the supplements they recommend.
But when the weight doesn’t drop off as soon as they promise, we get discourage and eventually abandon the diet, only to try a new approach that promises quick weight loss.
It’s an endless cycle.
Losing weight doesn’t have to be so complicated.
My philosophy is this:
Eat for your health and keep it as simple as possible.
Eating foods will nourish your body and keep your hunger hormones in check, and the weight will come off.
