Book Synopsis
This book presents 25 ways in which Cancer Education can be taught in schools. Presently, school systems throughout the country do not have Cancer Education in their curricula. This is an attempt to encourage schools to teach cancer prevention and early detection to students at an early age. By the time many adults find out they have cancer, it is far too late. In many cases, the cancer developed many years before because of their lifestyle. The medical and the science professionals have been working very hard in the fight against cancer; but the educational system has not been a part of that fight. If school children begin to know about preventative measures earlier, many of them would not develop preventable cancers when they are older.
