Book Synopsis
John was born in the north hills of Pittsburgh Pennsylvania during the winter of 1952. John attended the University of Pittsburgh during the mid-eighties where he took an Introduction to Poetry course and found his voice, using it as a learning and therapeutic aid to disclose his life.
John takes you through an emotional transition in his life. From the serious moments that capture the emptiness of family and the heart-breaking emotional pain that he has suffered as an adolescent and young adult to the silliness of observing friends and people in everyday walks of life.
Through the trials and tribulations in his life, John has obtained and acquired his own identity through his writing. With a blend of his own poetic personality, John creates what he calls "creative poetry," a combination of playing with words, styles and structure to create diversity in a modern society, in a poetic world.
