About The Author

I especially enjoy writing plays for young folks – the kind of plays that trans-cend age to entertain adults as well. If parents are bored at the theatre, they won’t bring their kids back! And my plays are meant to be acted by young actors – which always intrigues a young audience. My children’s plays pub-lished by havescripts.com were written when I was directing the Boston Chil-dren’s Theatre. Because I’m a director as well as a playwright, I create plays in this genre that consider economy – in space, time and cash. My screenplay, THE WOMAN’S VOICE was a finalist in the LA Femme Film Festival a few years back. My other main stream plays have had readings in Boston and NYC. And several of my poems have been published in various journals. I’m a member of the Dramatists Guild of America.
