About The Author
Rodney Lancaster has dedicated his professional life for the last 22 years to education. His interests include the development of creative and innovative ideas in leadership development. Rodney teaches high school students who are at-risk to graduate at a rural delta Arkansas public school. He believes education will make each individual person and democracy stronger.

He is the author of several children’s books, poetry, and educational leadership books. Rod enjoys country living and spending time with grandkids. He especially enjoys writing children books in his spare time for all his grandkids. Rod and his wife Jackie Sue (a red-head) have been married for 30 years and have 7 children and 21 grandchildren.
