Book Synopsis
A journey through time that begins in September 1873 with a horrific event and the aftermath that haunts one family’s descendants. For nearly a century these consequences have devastated this small Wisconsin village.
The ancestors of those who perpetrated the horror have remained in power in this village until the present day in September 1963. They are responsible for deep, dark secrets, which will affect all the children of their community forever.
The story takes place during the 1960s when the fabric of society is shredding and social morals are changing. A social revolution is materializing which will transform America in ways that cannot be reversed.
This was the beginning of the end of innocence.
The road trip involves two couples and little did they know that they are traveling into a maelstrom of terror that will forever alter their lives.
