Book Synopsis
I designed this training log to record my own training sessions. It's laid out for three lifts per day with five warmup sets and three worksets. It includes a HeavyLightMedium guideline on every page to assist in programming a HLM rotation of your lifts, Goals Page, Personal Record Page, and a Body Measurements page. With two training sessions and two cardio sessions able to be recorded on every page this should last any lifter two years or more.
