Book Synopsis
What if the dust was never the problem?

Our Frame Is But Dust begins before the garden and before the fall — with a being of such magnificence that perfection itself became his prison. From that single catastrophe, Stephen Forbes Parrish constructs a sweeping theological argument: that the very finitude humanity has been taught to apologize for is the precise material through which God answers everything the accuser has ever argued.

Drawing on an original framework he calls the inhale and the exhale, Parrish moves from cosmology to marriage, from racial healing to grief, from the nature of hell to the promise of eternity — proposing that dust was never a consolation prize. It was always the plan.

For anyone who has sat with the hard questions long enough to stop accepting easy answers.

About The Author
Author bio image
Stephen Forbes Parrish is a novelist and theological thinker. He is the author of the Tristan Falls Chronicles series and the theological work God Asked Me to Take Care of His Daughter, of which Our Frame is But Dust is the companion volume.

His high school graduating class of 1985 described him as having "a calm and peaceful spirit that teaches us the quiet paths." His pastor where he graduated seminary later called him an enigma.

Both were right.

He writes under Paryshe Entertainment.
