Morning Thought become Daily Things - Journal; Doing the work - is a daily affirmation workbook. Each affirmation builds upon the next affirmation. Every 7 days the reader has the opportunity to write their own affirmation. Each day you are invited to say the affirmation many times, write it and reflect on what it means to you. There is also an opportunity to access what occurred in the course of the day each day.

I realize that our experience of life is shaped by what we believe, say and do. There are many opportunities to reshape those experiences and certainly our response to them. We can transform our lives by changing what we think, say and do in every circumstance. This does not mean that crisis will not occur, it means that we can decide how to respond. This journal typically takes more than 30 days to complete because each affirmation encourages us to grow in new ways, so new recognitions surface that more deeply inform us about the source of our current thoughts.
