Book Synopsis
This cookbook is a collection of recipes from Mary Switalla. Mary was a member and volunteer at the Red Rock Audubon Society in Las Vegas, Nevada. She was a wonderful cook and would bring many of these dishes to the monthly member's meeting. When Mary passed away in 2020, a few friend decided to share some of her delicious recipes with the rest of the world.
