This was amazing, uplifting, and yes painful, but exactly what I needed to find myself again! Listen, if you just need to get outside of all of the noise, and into yourself to heal, or just feel whole again, this is it! Thank you, Melinda!

I struggle with anxiety and depression but couldn't figure out why. I'm in therapy and talking to someone helps, but working through this book made me focus on a different level. One of the things I didn't want to do is face myself. This book made it easy and helped me to understand where my feelings are coming from. You guys this work isn't always easy, but give this a try especially if you are depressed or unhappy and don't know why. This is eye-opening.

My mom made me take this course and leave a review. It was this or therapy. It was helpful, if you need help to stay focused or set goals, and feel better about your life. I'm 17 and I hated quarantine and online school. It nearly killed me. I had a lot of anxiety and stopped doing my school work. My mom made me take this to get back on track. The goal-setting and thinking about what I wanted in my life was real helpful. Also thinking about my negative thoughts made me change them to be more postive. So it was helpful for me.
