Ordering a hard copy from The Netherlands offers only three shipping options, all of which cost $100. Both on Chrome and Edge. Please lower shipping cost. Ordering an e-book only offers paying by Pay Pal, which I dislike. Please add the options used for the hard copy. (This is about Cooney's 'Distributism Basics: Foundational Principles'.)

In order to address the shipping cost issue for purchases outside the United States, Distributism Basics: Foundational Principles is also available on Amazon. I only promote the book on The BookPatch because Amazon's mode of business is contrary to distributist principles, however I must also face the fact that we do not (yet?) live in a distributist society. Also note that the price listed on Amazon reflects the fact that authors get less money for their works through Amazon. Therefore, I encourage everyone, especially, in the United States, to purchase and recommend this book through The BookPatch.
