Will Gardiner is an educational support staff, standup comedian, and divorced father of one from New Jersey. He was inspired to write this book as his experiences in therapy helped him to become more mindful of his struggles with anxiety, ADHD, trauma, and the never ending passage of time. His hope is to pass some of his newfound solace to other fathers and children who are struggling with the effects of their experiences with shared or limited custody.
