Book Synopsis
Be Me Bootcamp is a six-week, nature-based journey of faith, reflection, and renewal. It’s a path back to your True Self, especially if life has left you feeling lost.
Whether from trauma, loss, caregiving, raising a family, burnout, or years of pushing ourselves aside, we can lose touch with the deepest parts of who we are. We can lose our way. Sometimes the loss is loud. Other times, it’s quiet—a fading of joy, a sense that something is missing, or a wondering: When was the last time I truly cared for myself?
The world pushes us to perform and compare, but God calls us to rest, reflect, and become—not someone new, but someone true. This journey is not about arriving at a destination—it’s about slowing down and moving forward through doorways into truth, healing, and presence.
Each week offers five short lessons (with scripture meditation, breathwork practice, reading, prayer, and a journal prompt) plus a Saturday nature connection.
