Book Synopsis
Can love overcome the conventions of Regency England and allow May and Brendon to find their places, in life and with each other?

May Tellywig is a maid at Westleigh Manor and quite a terrible one at that. She has a bold streak and a habit of breaking the rules that can get her into trouble. She would prefer people not to know about her past.

Brendon Helmsworth, the new Earl of Westleigh, feels unsettled in his role. At least as a former professor, he’s a natural at telling other people what to do and think. He has a strong protective nature, but will he be able to protect the woman he comes to love?

This book is one of the best books I have ever read. The plot is amazing and May and Brendan are such well developed characters. The setting and the story in general is beautifully written. Would love to see more from this author. Definitely worth the price
