Book Synopsis
Do meals seem like a compromise between what's easy and what's good for you? Not anymore! I spent most of my twenties traveling and I needed easy options that wouldn't slow me down, and they had to be gluten-free, sweetener-free, and flow with my ever-evolving knowledge of nutrition and biology. And they had to taste freaking amazing because I've always been a picky eater. Around me, everyone else chose between healthy meals taking an hour or more to produce, and eating cheap, unhealthy food. I couldn't settle for less than super fast AND super healthy. Over the years, I developed these recipes to meet my needs, and now they meet your needs too!
Appliance-Free, 5-Minute, Revitalizing Recipes embraces quick-and-easy with no compromise to flavor or health. These meals offer lectin-free (including gluten-free) and vegan options for every recipe. Raw foodists will also enjoy this book. No sweeteners, no fillers, no nonsense. Just nutritious, delicious, quick, and easy food!
About The Author
Raederle became her own doctor at the age of sixteen when she was in so much pain, so continually, that she swore off of the western medical system. She began studying health in order to heal herself, but her success was so profound that she began a career in helping others at twenty.
Raederle has explored veganism, raw veganism, indigenous dietary choices, blue-zone eating, keto, Ayurveda, herbology, lymphatic massage, the placebo effect, lectins, and more besides. She gives groundbreaking talks on what the most effective diets have in common, and how to avoid common pitfalls on popular diets.
She worked as the chief editor for The Vegetarian Health Institute for five years in her twenties, and meanwhile authored several nutritionally-complete meal plans during this time as well as The Ultimate Nutrition Reference.
Raederle's other interests are wide and far-ranging. She loves art in all its forms (from photography to fonts – she's created everything for her books), as well as gardening, dance, and creating board games. You can find her videos on youtube. Just do a web search on Raederle Phoenix.
