Book Synopsis
Eberhard, a young man of 17 years of age immigrates to United States from war-torn Germany in 1951. He lives with his uncle and aunt in St. Paul, Minnesota while working in the concrete business in the spring, summer, and fall months and as a machinist in the winter months. He eventually takes over his uncle's concrete construction business and develops it into a leading company in the area of colored and stamped concrete. Eberhard also is passionate about promoting positive German and American relations and gives generously to the community that enabled him to achieve the American Dream. (Half of the retail book price is contributed to the 'Wounded Warrior Project'.)

Eberhard "Ebbie" Bulach left war-torn Germany in 1951 at the age of 17 years to start a new life in the United States. He lived with his uncle and aunt in St. Paul, Minnesota. Relatives and new friends helped Ebbie assimilate into the American culture. Ebbie worked with his Uncle Gene in the concrete construction business during the spring, summer, and autumn months and worked as a machinist for Remmele Engineering during the winter months. Ebbie and his wife, Erné, built a successful construction business during his career and generously promote activities that unite German and American cultures and friendships.
