Prabha was born in India and calls the USA her home. She is a certified Prana Yoga Teacher, Reiki Level 2, dancer, artist, and creative writer. Through her writing and teaching, she inspires and changes lives across the globe. This journal was born during one of her teaching sessions to help soul-searching for anybody in limited time.
