Rosemary is a yoga teacher, recovering addict, entrepreneur, researcher, adventurer and experience collector. She is studying to be a yoga therapist and is a certified Vedic astrologer. When she’s not immersing herself in the work of helping others heal from trauma and cultivate resilience in their lives, relationships, or businesses, she can probably be found snuggling with her partner and their two children, or playing in the woods somewhere in the Appalachian mountains of western North Carolina.
