Book Synopsis
This is a collective work of 16 original songs written and arranged by Ron Patton (aka "Ropatt). Ron is a Michigan-born artist known for his blend of pop, jazz, and R&B. He first gained attention with his 2003 release, Biggie Was Here. After college, his passion for songwriting led to collaborations with the legendary team Holland-Dozier-Holland. He later co-founded Baywest Records in Northern California. His music has been featured on networks such as Oxygen and Animal Planet. In addition to his music career, he has authored several books, including Fables & Proverbs: Songwriting’s Secret Weapon, Alternate Reels: Recasting Iconic Movie Roles, and A Radiant Christmas Songbook, which is a songwriter's tribute to Motown's classic female groups of the 1960s, such as the Supremes and Martha and The Vandellas.
