The curriculum is designed using Strengths-Based concepts to engage readers in developing a healthier lifestyle. Moving Forward is specifically designed as a supplemental curriculum to help youth that have sexually acted out transition into more responsible, healthy living. Goal setting, avoiding/coping with high risk situations, developing better friends and social supports, emotional regulation, and increasing self esteem are some of the areas addressed in the workbook.
