This book was printed from a copy of the Original book of the Memorial Addresses on the life and Character of John Geiser McHenry. John was the owner of the McHenry distillery located in Benton, Columbia County, PA. The distillery was started in 1812 by "Hunter" John McHenry and continued under his Son Rohr and then in the hands of his son John G. John was a congressman. The memorial address was delivered in the House of Representatives and Senate of the United States, sixty- second congress third session of the state of Pennsylvania where he served.
