If you read the first Cybernals book and found yourself wanting more murderous robot animal and alien adventures inspired by the coolest retro sci-fi and fantasy stuff... This is that. Vortex armadillo and his friends return in full super-hero comic book cartoon capacity to take on new threats and work on old problems, making new friends and enemies along the way. Introducing several new cybernals, good and bad, not everyone will make it out alive in this second half and conclusion to the Cybernals story I mostly made up as a kid and teenager in the 80s and 90s.

"The Mad Cow" does not refer to madness. Rather, it is about Barney and Savannah dealing with environmental issues such as mad cow disease. Mostly, this little book is about harmony and coming together in peace. Children should enjoy the adventure of the big cows and the little cows.
