$14.99
Size: 5.5" x 8.5"
Binding: Perfect Bound

The industry didn't want this published and they're afraid of this because I raised questions. This would be the expanded and revised edition as it has a new ISBN -- I like the publish now, ISBN later. I got an in-house ISBN for this. Being the third book I wrote and published; designed it all. My publishers in '06 got bullied throughout 2007. The anthology publishers who published me got punished too as I saw death threats for publishing Issue 10 of my magazine (Issue Five and Ten are back.) Warning: *Contains raw language and instant mindscrew factor.* The House of Pain Second in Command. The book stemmed the anthology Nickolaus Albert Pacione Delivers: A Library Of Unknown Horror ...

However, behind every crime is a person; those authorizing the killing and those receiving it. The stories of the death penalty in Kentucky will take you behind scenes to reveal the people behind the crimes. This will often be shocking and eye opening and sometimes entertaining. I had waited until Panic Press was good and dead before I planned the proper sequel for the first namesake as this is the U.S. Trade Paperback edition of the anthology the ISBN for the edition well also the UK edition so those who can see the book in book stores can carry this one in the states. The introduction for this version was handled by Mick Mercer. I will say this, the breakout author who was introduced is a horror actress so she really got into the design work. The photos she did came under my input and I didn't believe she pulled this off too so if you want this one take your pick at the size. The cover is based on my meta-horror beast Wandering In Darkness as this features T ...
