This document is a continuation of Volume II but focuses on the people living in what was called Valcartier East, including the St-Ignace Concession. This book attempts to record the family histories of the early settlers to this community, with a special emphasis on the people living there in 1864. I have tried to determine who they were, when and where they came from and where they settled in what became known as St Gabriel de Valcartier or Valcartier East.
