Kestrel Falcon is assigned the task of designing cyborgs for his country's military. He is constantly on edge about the dangers that could come out of this invention. To be sure, he creates exoskeleton suits to counter them if necessary. Then, General Birch Wood, the military commander, Kestrel's father-in-law, goes missing. Not just him, but also his cyborgs and the cyborg control tablet. The only way to counter the cyborgs, who are running rampant, is to use the cyborg technology against them. It is up to Kestrel and his wife Nebula to restore peace.
