This book is about Deborah's Ministry that God gave her 6 years ago to write books. The first book was "Live in the Word" and God said, "It went to the prison and to new converts". God opened the door for that to happen and that is where they go. She has written many books since then and they are all over the world.

This book was written with two purposes in mind. First to give lost sinners a glimpse of what Hell will be like, so maybe they'll get saved before it's Eternally too late. Secondly to give Christians a burden for the lost.
