Corporate Stripper is a coming of age story about a woman who overcame the street life to only find out the corporate world is not much better. After growing up entirely too fast, Gabriel learned how to manipulate hustlers and out smart hoodrats. Too many years in the streets lead Gabriel to change her direction, but she finds the corporate world is much more ruthless than the block. This is not just a Black American story, it is an American story about the systematic racism and prejudice that destroys communities. Corporate Stripper is a tale of pain, suffering, happiness, and determination.

Ebenezer and Phebe Goodell Doty and their descendants are the focus of this effort. Ebenezer was the son of Amaziah and Bethiah Hamlin Doty, who were the first to begin the family's westward migration from Massachusetts to Vermont where Ebenezer was born in 1789. Next, north and west into New York and Ohio. Ebenezer's service in the War of l812 entitled him to bounty land in Illinois. In 1852 Ebenezer and several of his children began the first of two trips by wagon train from Knox County, Illinois to San Jose, California, where Ebenezer died January 1st, 1860. Three of Ebenezer's sons later moved south to Santa Barbara County, California

This is the second volume that tells the story of my life as a firefighter for the federal Bureau of Land Management (BLM), mostly in Alaska. Volume II covers the years 1979 through the 1984; volume I covers the years 1973 to 1978. The author worked for the federal Bureau of Land Management as a wildland firefighter on Alaska's Kenai Peninsula during the summer fire seasons of 1976-1978. This volume chronicles his experiences in both text and numerous color photos. The second volume by this title covers his experiences with BLM while working out of Galena, Alaska during the fire seasons of 1979-1984.
