Book Synopsis
Military spouses are unsung heroes in nearly all families. They are the backbone of the family unit. They are responsible to get everyone to appointments, they handle emergencies from a cut knee to a leaky faucet, and they manage the finances. They insure the kids are ready for school, they liaison with the teachers and they help at the schools. They are the dietitian, the loving nurse and the disciplinarian. They excel at hosting social activities. They arrange to ship household goods when orders come down. They volunteer to help their fellow man and woman whenever needed. They are truly loved and adored by their soldier, sailor, airman or marine. They hold the fort when their husband or wife is gone for training or deployments. They hold a tear behind their smile.

Much of this book is about my wife as she was such a military spouse. I, probably like many, just left things in her hands and never had time to adequately say thanks. I want to do it now while there is still time.
