Book Synopsis
Peggy McCaulley relates stories and incidents of her youth, traveling extensively in the United States with her surveyor father; becoming a teenaged mother; and raising six children with her husband, including many years spent in Japan and Thailand. Following a divorce in her forties, she remarried, turning her back on international affairs to learn the role of a football coach's wife. She offers insights gained through meeting new, Midwestern in-laws. The story of her adventurous life is told with candor including both humor and pathos.
