Book Synopsis
When I was invisible You Saw Me, candidly illustrates some lifelong reactions, related to child sexual abuse that may be experienced by survivors. While each response is unique, there are some common reactions known to most survivors that include may include: flashbacks, victimization and dissociation, issues with sexuality, intimacy, esteem, trust, guilt, shame and blame.
Belief, along with the power of God, will serve as a key that will unlock the doors, break the chains and open the mouths of millions who have suffered silently at the hands of their abusers. Today is the day to shout out loud because you survived. “So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.” (John 8:36).
